Caboer’s Automotive Double-Sided Flexible PCB is a high-adaptability circuit component tailored for in-vehicle electronic devices (such as intelligent central control systems, automotive sensors, lighting control modules, seat adjustment systems, and in-vehicle communication terminals). Adopting a 2-layer double-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.2mm, it balances excellent flexibility and structural stability, enabling flexible fit to curved automotive interior surfaces, narrow installation spaces, and complex wiring paths. It occupies no redundant in-vehicle space, aligning with the lightweight and integrated design trends of automotive electronics, while withstanding high-frequency vibrations, jolts, and other mechanical stresses during driving, preventing circuit loosening or breakage and ensuring long-term stable operation of in-vehicle equipment.

In terms of technical parameters and performance guarantees, the product offers two key advantages: ① High-Density Balanced Wiring: Supporting balanced layout with 0.15mm trace width and 0.15mm spacing, it achieves efficient circuit integration, capable of simultaneously carrying in-vehicle control signals, power current, and data transmission signals. It reasonably separates different types of lines to reduce crosstalk, adapting to the signal transmission needs of multi-module collaborative work in intelligent vehicles; ② Immersion Gold Surface Protection: The full-board immersion gold process creates a uniform and dense gold layer, providing superior oxidation resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It can resist erosion from high temperatures, oil contamination, humidity changes, and dust in the automotive environment, reducing contact resistance and avoiding signal attenuation or poor contact, ensuring accurate and smooth central control command response and sensor data transmission. The product uses automotive-grade temperature-resistant substrates, adapting to the wide temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃ in vehicles, and also boasts good oil resistance, moisture resistance, and anti-aging properties, fully complying with the strict reliability standards of automotive electronics (such as ISO/TS 16949 quality management system requirements).
