This ensures clinicians’ flexible manipulation of the endoscope, suitable for minimally invasive diagnostic needs in multiple areas such as the digestive tract, respiratory tract, and urology.
In terms of performance and safety, the product uses medical-grade eco-friendly substrates free of harmful substances, complying with medical device biocompatibility standards (e.g., ISO 10993) and suitable for medical scenarios involving indirect contact with human cavities. Equipped with 2 microinches (approximately 0.0508μm) immersion gold surface finish, the uniform and dense gold layer delivers excellent oxidation resistance, wear resistance, and contact stability. It accurately transmits the endoscope’s high-definition imaging signals, illumination drive current, and operational control commands, minimizing contact resistance to prevent signal attenuation or interruption. This ensures clinicians obtain clear lesion visualization and accurately perform diagnostic and therapeutic actions such as biopsy and resection. Additionally, the substrate and cover layer offer superior resistance to medical disinfection, withstanding repeated wiping with common medical disinfectants (e.g., alcohol, glutaraldehyde, hydrogen peroxide) without aging or cracking, extending the service life of the PCB and endoscope equipment, and guaranteeing reliable long-term high-frequency operation in medical settings.
