Capel’s double-sided FPC for industrial equipment is a highly adaptable circuit component tailored for compact industrial scenarios, featuring a thin and lightweight structure and reliable performance to tackle complex industrial working conditions. Adopting a 2-layer double-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.12mm, its ultra-thin and flexible properties fit seamlessly into narrow internal spaces of industrial equipment, easily conforming to mechanical structure curves and adapting to the miniaturization and integration requirements of devices—ideal for scenarios with dense internal wiring such as automated equipment and industrial control terminals.

In terms of core materials and protection performance, it uses double-sided adhesive-clad rolled substrate. The rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and high bending fatigue resistance, which can stably transmit multi-channel signals like industrial control commands and sensor data, withstanding vibration, mechanical stress and temperature fluctuations during equipment operation. The surface is covered with double-sided yellow coverlay, providing strong insulation and wear resistance to resist dust and oil stains in industrial environments, extending the circuit’s service life. The immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and dense gold layer, significantly improving the contact stability between pads and connectors/components, reducing contact resistance while enhancing oxidation resistance and soldering reliability. This ensures the circuit maintains stable performance under industrial working conditions of long-term continuous operation, lowering equipment failure risks.
