Capel’s double-sided FPC for industrial use is a highly adaptable circuit component tailored for compact industrial equipment scenarios, featuring a multi-material composite structure and precision craftsmanship to meet complex industrial needs. Adopting a 2-layer double-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.13mm, its ultra-thin and flexible properties fit seamlessly into narrow internal spaces of industrial equipment, easily conforming to mechanical structure curves and adapting to the miniaturization and integration trends of devices.

In terms of core materials and functional design, it uses double-sided adhesive-clad rolled 18/12.5 substrate. The rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and high bending fatigue resistance, which can stably transmit industrial control signals and withstand vibration and mechanical stress during equipment operation. The surface is covered with 27.5μm double-sided yellow coverlay, providing both insulation protection and wear resistance to resist oil, dust and corrosion in industrial environments. Equipped with double-sided conductive adhesive, it effectively enhances electromagnetic shielding performance, isolating interference signals from motors, frequency converters and other equipment to ensure accurate signal transmission. The 0.1mm 3M adhesive tape enables convenient and firm pasting installation, simplifying the equipment assembly process. The 2 microinches (approximately 0.0508μm) immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and dense gold layer, significantly improving the contact stability between pads and connectors, reducing contact resistance, while enhancing oxidation resistance and wear resistance, ensuring long-term reliable operation of the circuit under harsh industrial working conditions.
