Capel’s double-sided fine-via FPC for mobile phone camera flex cables is a core signal transmission component tailored for smartphone imaging systems, featuring a precision structure and premium craftsmanship to ensure high-definition and smooth camera performance. Adopting a 2-layer double-sided board design with fine-via technology, it enables efficient interlayer signal interconnection, greatly reducing circuit space occupation and perfectly fitting the extremely compact layout inside mobile phones. With a precisely controlled thickness of 0.23mm, its thin and flexible properties easily conform to the complex wiring path between the camera module and the motherboard, meeting the slim design requirements of mobile phones.

In terms of core materials and protection design, it uses double-sided adhesive-clad rolled 35/25 substrate. The 35μm rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and extremely low signal transmission loss, which can accurately carry high-frequency signals such as camera image data and focusing control, providing stable circuit support for high-definition photography and video recording. The surface is covered with 50μm double-sided black coverlay, which not only provides strong insulation and wear resistance but also plays a light-shielding role, avoiding light interference that affects the imaging quality of the image sensor. The 1.5 microinches (approximately 0.0381μm) immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and dense gold layer, significantly improving the contact stability between pads and camera modules/connectors, reducing contact resistance, while enhancing oxidation resistance and wear resistance. Even in scenarios of frequent mobile phone use, it can ensure continuous and accurate signal transmission, guaranteeing stable and reliable camera performance.
