Capel’s double-sided FPC for treadmill built-in antennas is a high-performance coil component tailored for wireless signal transmission in sports equipment, featuring a thick PI structure and premium materials to ensure stable antenna signals. As a 2-layer double-sided board, it adopts a composite structure of "double-sided adhesive-clad rolled 18/25 substrate + double-sided 0.1mm PI layer" with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.3mm. Combining rigidity and flexibility, it fits tightly to the complex mechanical structure inside treadmills, adapting to narrow installation spaces while withstanding vibration and impact during equipment operation.

In terms of core performance and craftsmanship, the rolled 18/25 copper foil has a regular crystal structure and excellent conductivity, enabling efficient transmission of antenna signals and ensuring accurate realization of treadmill wireless functions such as heart rate monitoring and data transmission. The double-sided 0.1mm PI layer not only provides reliable insulation protection for the circuit but also adapts to the warm environment of treadmills during long-term operation with good high-temperature resistance and anti-aging performance. The surface undergoes OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative) treatment, forming a uniform protective film that ensures solder wettability during welding and enhances the circuit’s corrosion resistance in humid and sweat-eroded environments, extending the antenna’s service life.
