Caboer’s Double-Sided Flexible PCB for Medical Devices is a core circuit component tailored for various precision medical equipment (such as vital sign monitors, diagnostic analyzers, portable therapeutic devices, and medical sensor modules). It occupies no redundant volume while withstanding slight bending and mechanical stresses during equipment assembly, movement, and daily use, preventing circuit loosening or damage, and aligning with the integrated and portable design trends of medical devices.

In terms of technical parameters and performance guarantees, the product adopts a precision wiring scheme with 0.6mm trace width and 0.5mm spacing. This not only enables high-density circuit integration to simultaneously carry physiological signals (e.g., heart rate, blood pressure data), control commands, and power transmission of medical devices but also ensures excellent insulation performance through reasonable line spacing, effectively avoiding signal crosstalk and short-circuit risks, and guaranteeing the accuracy of data transmission—which is crucial for the precision of medical diagnosis. Additionally, the substrate and cover layer provide superior resistance to medical disinfection, withstanding repeated wiping with common medical disinfectants (e.g., alcohol, glutaraldehyde, hydrogen peroxide) without aging or cracking, extending the service life of the PCB and medical equipment, and ensuring reliable long-term high-frequency operation in medical settings.
