Capel’s Automotive Double-Sided Flexible PCB is a core circuit component tailored for in-vehicle electronic devices (such as central control systems, automotive sensors, lighting control modules, and in-vehicle entertainment equipment). It features high reliability and precise adaptability to tackle complex working conditions during vehicle operation. Adopting a 2-layer double-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.23mm, it combines flexible adaptability with structural stability, enabling flexible fit to narrow spaces, complex curved surfaces, and compact wiring layouts inside vehicles. It occupies no redundant in-vehicle space while withstanding high-frequency vibrations, jolts, and other mechanical stresses during driving, preventing circuit loosening or damage, and meeting the lightweight and integrated design trends of automotive electronics.
In terms of technical parameters and performance guarantee, the product supports precision wiring with a line width of 0.5mm and line spacing of 0.2mm, enabling high-density circuit integration. It can simultaneously carry in-vehicle control signals, power current, and data transmission signals, with reasonable separation of different types of lines to reduce crosstalk, ensuring accurate and smooth signal transmission. Equipped with 1 microinch (approximately 0.0254μm) immersion gold surface finish, the uniform and dense gold layer offers excellent oxidation resistance, wear resistance, and contact stability, effectively reducing contact resistance and avoiding signal attenuation or poor contact caused by high temperature, oil contamination, and dust erosion in the in-vehicle environment, thus ensuring long-term stable operation of in-vehicle electronic devices. The product uses automotive-grade temperature-resistant substrates, adapting to the wide temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃ in vehicles, and also has good oil resistance and moisture resistance, meeting the strict reliability standards of automotive electronics.
