Capel’s single-sided FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) for industrial equipment is a highly adaptable circuit component tailored for harsh industrial operating conditions. As a 1-layer single-sided board, it features a composite design of "flexible substrate + FR4 support layer" with an overall thickness precisely controlled at 1mm—while the flexible layer is only 0.18mm thick. This design enables it to fit complex installation spaces and wiring needs inside industrial equipment via its flexibility, while the rigidity of the FR4 substrate provides stable support, withstanding vibration and mechanical impact during equipment operation.

In terms of core materials and craftsmanship, it uses single-sided adhesive-clad rolled 35/25 substrate. The 35μm rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and high fatigue resistance, which ensures stable transmission of industrial control signals and withstands bending and temperature fluctuations in long-term use. The surface undergoes immersion silver treatment: the uniform and dense silver layer not only enhances the soldering reliability and oxidation resistance of pads but also guarantees low-resistance and high-stability circuit connections, meeting the strict requirements of industrial equipment for signal transmission accuracy and reducing operation and maintenance costs.
