Capel’s double-sided flexible PCB for car walkie-talkie chargers is a core circuit component tailored for in-vehicle walkie-talkie charging systems, featuring premium materials and precision design to tackle complex in-vehicle working conditions and ensure safe and efficient charging. Adopting a 2-layer double-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.23mm, it combines thin flexibility with structural stability, allowing flexible adaptation to narrow installation spaces in car dashboards or armrest boxes. It fits the internal wiring layout of the charger, occupying no extra in-vehicle space while withstanding slight vibrations during vehicle operation and assembly stress during installation, reducing the risk of circuit damage.

In terms of core materials and protection performance, it uses double-sided adhesive-clad rolled 35/25 substrate. The 35μm rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and strong current-carrying capacity, which stably transmits the power supply signals and charging control commands of the charger, avoiding current fluctuations that affect charging efficiency or damage the walkie-talkie battery. The surface is covered with 50μm double-sided yellow coverlay—thicker than conventional coverlays—providing stronger insulation, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance (adapting to the in-vehicle temperature range of -30℃ to 85℃). It can resist dust, oil contamination in the in-vehicle environment, and slight heat during charging, extending the PCB’s service life. The 2 microinches (approximately 0.0508μm) immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and dense gold layer, significantly improving the contact stability between pads, charger interfaces, and charging contacts, and reducing contact resistance. Even in scenarios of frequent walkie-talkie plugging/unplugging or long-term use, it ensures stable charging connections, minimizing issues such as charging interruptions and poor contact, providing reliable support for the continuous power supply of in-vehicle walkie-talkies.
