Capel’s double-sided flexible PCB for intelligent robots is a core circuit component tailored for signal and power transmission scenarios in equipment such as industrial robots and service robots, featuring high-specification materials and a stable structure to tackle complex robot working conditions. Adopting a 2-layer double-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.3mm, it combines flexible adaptability and structural strength, allowing it to fit flexibly into the complex layout of moving parts of robots—such as joints, robotic arms, and sensor modules. It withstands mechanical stress from frequent rotation and telescoping, while adapting to the compact internal space of the equipment without affecting the robot’s movement flexibility.

In terms of core materials and performance guarantee, it uses double-sided adhesive-clad rolled 70/25 substrate. The 70μm thickened rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, which not only offers excellent conductivity but also has super strong current-carrying capacity. It can stably transmit both the robot’s control signals (such as action commands and sensor data) and power current simultaneously, meeting the high-power requirements of the robot’s drive motors and actuators, and avoiding current overload or signal interruption. The surface is covered with 50μm double-sided yellow coverlay—thicker than conventional specifications—providing strong insulation, wear resistance, and anti-aging performance. It can resist dust, oil contamination, and long-term mechanical friction during robot operation, extending the PCB’s service life. The 3 microinches (approximately 0.0762μm) immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and thick gold layer, significantly improving the contact stability between pads, robot connectors, and precision components, and reducing contact resistance. Even in scenarios where the robot moves at high frequency or operates continuously for a long time, it can ensure reliable and consistent circuit performance, providing solid support for intelligent robots to execute actions accurately and transmit data stably.
