Capel’s double-sided flexible PCB for industrial screen backlights is a core circuit component tailored for the backlight systems of industrial display equipment, featuring a thin and lightweight structure and reliable performance to ensure uniform light emission and stable operation of the backlight. Adopting a 2-layer double-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.12mm, its ultra-thin and flexible properties fit tightly to the narrow installation space and curved structure of industrial screen backlights, adapting to the integrated design needs of industrial screens of various sizes. Meanwhile, it does not increase the screen thickness, meeting the requirements of device miniaturization.

In terms of core materials and protection design, it uses double-sided adhesive-clad rolled substrate. The rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and low signal transmission loss, which stably carries the driving signals and current of the backlight, ensuring uniform light emission of LED beads and providing clear, uniform backlight support for industrial screens. The surface is covered with double-sided yellow coverlay, providing strong insulation and wear resistance to resist dust and oil stains in industrial environments, while enhancing the PCB’s bending fatigue resistance to prevent wire damage during long-term use. The 2 microinches (approximately 0.0508μm) immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and dense gold layer, significantly improving the contact stability between pads and backlight driver chips/LED beads, reducing contact resistance. Even under industrial working conditions of long-term continuous operation or temperature fluctuations, it can ensure the circuit works continuously and reliably, minimizing issues such as backlight flicker and uneven brightness.
