Type: Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) for POS touch panels, designed for commercial touch terminals with excellent touch signal transmission performance and environmental adaptability. Whether it is the flat touch screen of desktop POS, the curved touch panel of handheld POS, or the large-size touch screen of self-service cash registers, it can be flexibly adapted to the compact layout of the equipment (e.g., millimeter clearance between the touch screen and the motherboard, and the curved part of the foldable body) to realize the transmission of multi-touch signals (support for 10-point simultaneous recognition) and feedback commands without delay, and to replace the traditional wiring and enhance the touch sensitivity and integration of the equipment. 2. Precise parameters and performance guarantees.
Minimum line width/spacing: 0.075mm/0.075mm symmetrical high-precision standard. This parameter is optimized for multi-touch signal characteristics: 0.075mm line width ensures that weak touch signals (capacitance change ≤ 1pF) have lower transmission loss (signal attenuation rate ≤ 0.15dB/m), reducing the delay of touch recognition; 0.075mm symmetrical line spacing in the limited row of wires to achieve a dense wiring (single row of lines to support ≥ 20 independent touch signals) to support the parallel transmission of the X/Y-axis touch coordinate signal, avoiding the signal to be transmitted. Parallel transmission of signals to avoid “false touch, jumping point” caused by signal crosstalk (crosstalk rejection ratio ≥ 70dB), to protect the accuracy of the cashier operation (click error ≤ 0.5mm).
Layers: 2-layer structure design, through scientific layering to achieve precise isolation of functions, to solve the signal interference problems in commercial scenes:
Signal layer: Differential routing design to optimize the transmission path of touch signals, adapted to the principle of capacitive touch to ensure that fingertips can be recognized with a light touch (touch response time of ≤ 50ms);
Grounding layer: Large copper foil cover to form an electromagnetic shielding barrier, effectively isolating the POS machine internal Ground layer: a large area of copper foil cover to form an electromagnetic shielding barrier, effectively isolate the POS machine internal power supply module, printer electromagnetic interference (EMI suppression ≥ 60dB), especially suitable for shopping malls, restaurants and other multi-facility dense electromagnetic environment, to avoid external interference caused by the failure of the touch.
The two-layer synergy simplifies the circuit structure while safeguarding the touch sensitivity, which is suitable for the thin and light design of the POS machine (body thickness ≤ 20mm).
Thickness: 0.15mm, perfectly suited to the trend of “compact” POS design. In handheld POS terminals (e.g. mobile cash registers), it can reduce the occupation of the wires on the thickness of the equipment (releasing ≥10% of the internal space), and reserve a place for a larger-capacity battery or code-scanning module; in the case of foldable POS machines, it can improve the flexibility of the bending (supporting the smallest bend radius of R=1mm), adapt to the storage scenario where the screen is flipped over by 180°, and avoid fatigue breakage of the wires due to frequent folding.
Surface treatment: the use of immersed gold 1 micro-inch process (nickel layer thickness ≥ 3μm, gold layer thickness ≥ 0.025μm), to bring multiple commercial-grade advantages:
excellent conductivity of the gold layer, the contact resistance ≤ 10mΩ, to reduce the loss of the touch signal transmission, to ensure that the humid, oily environment can still be recognized stably (recognition success rate of ≥ 99.9%);
immersed gold plating layer of abrasion resistance, can be subject to frequent rubbing of alcohol, detergent (through 5,000 times the rubbing). The immersed gold plating is highly wear-resistant and can withstand frequent wiping with alcohol and cleaning agents (no corrosion through 5000 times of wiping test), adapting to the oil cleaning needs of the catering scene;
enhances the reliability of the soldering joints and ensures that the wires and the welding parts of the touch module and the main control board do not loosen up in the high-frequency insertion and removal (such as maintenance of the equipment) to prolong the service life of the equipment (the design life is ≥ 50,000 hours of continuous operation).
