Capel’s double-sided flexible PCB for test equipment is a core circuit component tailored for various precision testing instruments (such as electronic component testers and signal analyzers), featuring a multi-layer structure and reliable performance to ensure the accuracy of test data. Adopting a 2-layer double-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.15mm, its thin flexibility allows flexible adaptation to the compact layout of probe modules, signal processing units, and display panels inside test equipment. It conforms to complex wiring paths, without affecting the portable design of the equipment, while withstanding frequent plugging, unplugging, and adjustment operations during testing to reduce the risk of mechanical damage.

In terms of core materials and protection performance, it uses double-sided adhesive-clad rolled 18/25 substrate. The 18μm rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and extremely low signal transmission loss, which can accurately carry high-frequency detection signals and data commands of test equipment, avoiding signal distortion that affects test results. The surface is covered with 27.5μm double-sided yellow coverlay, providing strong insulation and wear resistance to resist dust, slight electromagnetic interference in the test environment, and friction loss during long-term use, extending the PCB’s service life. The 2 microinches (approximately 0.0508μm) immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and dense gold layer, significantly improving the contact stability between pads, test probes, and connectors, and reducing contact resistance. Even in high-frequency, long-duration testing scenarios, it ensures the immediacy and consistency of signal transmission, guaranteeing reliable test data with high repeatability.
