Caboer’s Single-Sided Flexible PCB for Communication Equipment is a core circuit component tailored for communication products such as routers, IoT communication modules, portable communication terminals, and base station auxiliary devices. Centered on "ultra-thin flexibility + signal fidelity", it precisely meets the design demands of communication equipment—miniaturization, high density, and low loss. Adopting a 1-layer single-sided board structure with a thickness of only 0.06mm, its extreme thinness and excellent flexibility allow it to fit flexibly into narrow spaces, curved structures, or compact component layouts inside communication devices. It adds no extra volume or weight, adapting to the lightweight design needs of portable communication devices and micro IoT modules, while withstanding slight bending and vibration during equipment assembly and daily use, preventing circuit damage and ensuring the stability of communication links.

In terms of technical parameters and performance guarantees, the product offers two key advantages: ① Balanced Precision Wiring: Supporting a balanced layout with 0.15mm trace width and 0.15mm spacing, it balances circuit integration efficiency and signal transmission stability. It can stably carry high-frequency signals (such as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, and 5G auxiliary signals), control commands, and low-power power transmission of communication equipment. The reasonable line spacing effectively reduces signal crosstalk, avoids signal attenuation during high-frequency transmission, and ensures smooth and accurate data transmission; ② Immersion Gold Surface Optimization: The full-board immersion gold process creates a uniform and dense gold layer, providing superior oxidation resistance, low contact resistance, and wear resistance.
