Centered on "press-resistant + precise response", it meets the requirements of high-frequency keypad operation and stable operation. Adopting a 1-layer single-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.2mm, it balances moderate flexibility and mechanical stability, enabling flexible fit to key layouts, curved panels, or compact installation spaces of different devices. It does not affect the pressing feel and rebound effect of the keys while withstanding mechanical stress from long-term high-frequency presses, preventing circuit breakage or poor contact, and adapting to the strict reliability requirements for keys in medical equipment, automotive, industrial control, and other fields.
In terms of technical parameters and performance guarantees, the product offers two key advantages: ① Balanced Precision Wiring: Supporting a balanced layout with 0.15mm trace width and 0.15mm spacing, it can integrate signal lines of multiple keys in a limited space, enabling independent transmission of multi-channel key commands. The reasonable line spacing effectively reduces signal crosstalk, ensuring precise response of key operations, avoiding false triggers or signal delays, and adapting to the design needs of multi-key matrix layouts; ② Immersion Gold Surface Optimization: The full-board immersion gold process creates a uniform and dense gold layer, featuring superior wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and low contact resistance. It significantly enhances the contact stability of key contacts, resists erosion from long-term pressing friction, environmental humidity, and dust, extending the service life of the keyboard—especially suitable for scenarios requiring long-term stable operation such as medical equipment and industrial control. The product uses high-quality flexible substrates with good temperature resistance (-40℃ to 85℃) and anti-aging properties, fully complying with reliability standards for electronic equipment in multiple fields, and can seamlessly adapt to keypad applications in different environments.
