Capel’s double-sided test FPC for fixtures is a high-performance flexible circuit component tailored for various test fixture scenarios. Adopting a standard 2-layer structure with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.2mm, it features thin and flexible properties that fit seamlessly into the compact internal space of fixtures, enabling smooth integration with both manual test fixtures and automated testing equipment.

In terms of core materials and craftsmanship, it uses double-sided adhesive-clad rolled 18/25 substrate. The rolled copper foil has a more regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and the ability to withstand frequent plugging, unplugging, and bending during testing, effectively reducing line loss. The surface undergoes 1.5 microinches immersion gold treatment, resulting in a uniform and dense gold layer that significantly enhances pad wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and contact stability with test probes—minimizing test errors caused by contact resistance and extending fixture service life.
