Capel’s double-sided FPC for test fixtures is a core circuit component tailored for high-precision testing scenarios, featuring a multi-material composite structure and exquisite craftsmanship to ensure the accuracy of test data. Adopting a 2-layer double-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.15mm, its ultra-thin and flexible properties fit perfectly into the compact internal space of test fixtures, easily conforming to complex curved layouts and meeting the miniaturization requirements of automated testing equipment.

In terms of core materials and protection design, it uses double-sided adhesive-free rolled 12/25 substrate. The rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and high bending fatigue resistance, which can stably transmit test signals and withstand mechanical stress from frequent fixture opening and closing. The surface is covered with 27.5μm double-sided yellow coverlay, providing both insulation protection and wear resistance to resist dust and slight corrosion in testing environments. Additionally, it is equipped with 12μm double-sided shielding film, which effectively isolates external electromagnetic interference and prevents signal noise from affecting test accuracy. The 2 microinches (approximately 0.0508μm) immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and dense gold layer, significantly improving the contact stability between pads and test probes, reducing contact resistance, while enhancing oxidation resistance and wear resistance to extend the service life and maintenance cycle of the fixture.
