Capel’s 4-layer FPC for industrial equipment is a 4-layer blind via board engineered for high-precision industrial scenarios, combining sophisticated structure with reliable performance. It features a 4-layer design with carefully selected materials: inner layers use double-sided adhesive-free electrolytic 12/25, outer layers adopt single-sided adhesive-free electrolytic 12/12.5, and 27.5μm double-sided yellow coverlay, ensuring stable signal transmission while enhancing circuit protection.

In terms of thickness, the pure flexible layer is controlled at 0.22mm, with an overall thickness of 0.42mm when combined with the FR4 support layer. This thin and lightweight design fits the compact spaces of industrial equipment while meeting structural strength requirements. The immersion gold surface treatment provides a uniform and stable gold layer, enhancing pad wear resistance and oxidation resistance, ensuring low contact resistance in complex industrial environments for accurate and long-lasting signal transmission.
