Capel’s 4-layer blind via FPC for industrial equipment is a precision circuit component tailored for high-integration industrial control scenarios, featuring a multi-layer structure and premium craftsmanship to meet complex signal transmission needs. Adopting a 4-layer design with blind via technology, it enables efficient interlayer signal interconnection, effectively reducing circuit space occupation and adapting to the miniaturization and high-density layout requirements of industrial equipment.

In terms of core material selection, the inner layers use double-sided adhesive-free electrolytic 12/25 substrate, and the outer layers adopt single-sided adhesive-free electrolytic 12/12.5 substrate. The electrolytic copper foil offers excellent conductivity and signal transmission stability, accurately carrying multi-channel control signals and data commands of industrial equipment. The surface is covered with 27.5μm double-sided yellow coverlay, which provides both insulation protection and wear resistance, resisting oil, dust and corrosion in industrial environments. With a precisely controlled thickness of 0.18mm, its thin and flexible properties fit easily into narrow internal spaces of equipment while ensuring stable circuit structure.

The immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and dense gold layer, which not only significantly enhances the oxidation resistance and wear resistance of pads but also ensures stable contact with connectors and components. Even under industrial working conditions with high-frequency plugging or long-term vibration, it maintains low contact resistance, guaranteeing accurate and continuous signal transmission and greatly reducing equipment failure risks.
