Kaboer’s 4-Layer Rigid-Flex PCB for Industrial Equipment is a high-adaptability circuit component tailored for industrial-grade devices such as machine tool controls, automated production lines, industrial sensor modules, and industrial control terminals. Combining the dual advantages of "rigid section for stable positioning + flexible section for flexible wiring", it perfectly copes with harsh industrial conditions including vibration, dust, and wide temperature ranges. Adopting a 4-layer multilayer rigid-flex structure, the flexible section is only 0.16mm thick, offering excellent bending performance and space adaptability to flexibly navigate complex wiring paths, narrow spaces, and connections between moving parts inside industrial equipment, avoiding wiring interference. The rigid section is 1.6mm thick with robust structure, reliably supporting high-power components, connectors, and heat dissipation modules to ensure installation accuracy and mechanical stability. It achieves an integrated solution of "rigid sections for fixed assembly and flexible sections for dynamic adaptation", aligning with the integrated and modular design trends of industrial equipment.

In terms of technical parameters and performance guarantees, the product offers three key advantages: ① Immersion Gold Surface Protection: The full-board immersion gold process creates a uniform and dense gold layer, providing superior oxidation resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It can withstand oil contamination, dust, humidity changes, and chemical medium erosion in industrial environments, reducing contact resistance and ensuring stable transmission of high-frequency control signals and power current, avoiding equipment failures caused by environmental erosion; ② Practical Process Design: Equipped with solder mask with white characters, the clear and distinguishable markings facilitate assembly, commissioning, maintenance, and inspection of industrial equipment, improving production and maintenance efficiency.
