Capel’s single-sided flexible PCB for device buttons is a highly adaptable circuit component tailored for various device button modules, featuring a thin and lightweight structure and reliable performance to ensure sensitive and stable button operations. Adopting a 1-layer single-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.11mm, its ultra-thin and flexible properties fit tightly to the curved surfaces or narrow installation spaces of button modules, adapting to the compact design needs of various button-equipped devices such as remote controls, industrial control panels and consumer electronics. It can also undergo slight deformation with button presses without affecting the operating feel.

In terms of core materials and protection design, it uses single-sided adhesive-clad rolled substrate. The rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and high bending fatigue resistance, which can stably transmit button trigger signals and withstand mechanical stress from long-term presses. The surface is covered with single-sided yellow coverlay, providing both insulation protection and wear resistance to resist dust and slight friction in daily use, extending the PCB’s service life. The 2 microinches (approximately 0.0508μm) immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and dense gold layer, significantly improving the contact stability between pads and button contacts/connectors, reducing contact resistance. Even in scenarios with high-frequency button operations, it can ensure the immediacy and accuracy of signal transmission, reducing issues such as button failure and response delay.
