Capel’s single-sided flexible PCB for digital camera flat cables is a core component tailored for signal connection scenarios in digital cameras, featuring thin flexibility and reliable performance to ensure smooth operation of camera shooting functions. Adopting a 1-layer single-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.15mm, it balances moderate thickness and flexibility to fit perfectly into the compact mechanical structure of digital cameras. It easily conforms to complex wiring paths between the lens module, button panel and motherboard—taking up no extra space to maintain the camera’s slim design while withstanding slight vibrations and assembly operations during daily use.

In terms of core materials and protection design, it uses single-sided adhesive-clad rolled substrate. The rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and extremely low signal transmission loss, which accurately carries key signals of the camera such as image data, shutter control and zoom commands, providing stable circuit support for high-definition imaging and fast focusing. The surface is covered with single-sided yellow coverlay, providing strong insulation and wear resistance to resist dust and slight moisture inside the camera, while enhancing the flat cable’s bending fatigue resistance to prevent wire breakage during long-term use. The 2 microinches (approximately 0.0508μm) immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and dense gold layer, significantly improving contact stability between pads and camera interfaces/connectors, reducing contact resistance. Even in scenarios of frequent shooting or ambient temperature changes, it ensures immediate and accurate signal transmission, minimizing issues like imaging delay and function failure.
