Kaboer’s 4-Layer Rigid-Flex PCB for Cameras is tailored for consumer electronics cameras, industrial cameras, automotive imaging modules, and other devices. It precisely meets cameras’ core demands for high integration, stable signaling, and space adaptation, serving as the core circuit carrier for image acquisition and processing modules.

Adopting a 4-layer rigid-flex structure: the 0.18mm flexible layer offers excellent bending performance, fitting flexibly into cameras’ narrow spaces and complex wiring paths to avoid interference. The 1.0mm rigid layer is structurally stable, reliably supporting core components such as image sensors and processors, enabling efficient integration of "flexible layout adaptation + rigid core fixation". With precise dimensions of 60.9*64.2mm, the compact design saves space, suitable for integration in various camera modules.

Key advantages: ① Full-board immersion gold, featuring oxidation resistance and low contact resistance, ensuring high-speed and accurate transmission of image signals; ② White solder mask + two BGA pads + through-hole design: BGA pads support high-precision chip mounting, clear markings facilitate assembly and debugging, enhancing soldering reliability and maintenance efficiency; ③ 4-layer wiring with scientific partitioning, effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference, adapting to multi-module collaboration of image acquisition, data processing, and signal output.
