Capel’s single-sided flexible PCB for new energy vehicles (NEVs) is a high-reliability circuit component tailored for NEV electronic systems, featuring premium materials and precision craftsmanship to tackle complex in-vehicle working conditions. Adopting a 1-layer single-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.12mm, its thin flexibility allows flexible adaptation to compact installation spaces of NEV components such as battery management systems (BMS), in-vehicle sensors, and central control modules. It conforms to complex wiring paths in the vehicle without adding extra weight to on-board equipment, meeting the lightweight design requirements of NEVs.

In terms of core materials and protection performance, it uses single-sided adhesive-clad rolled 35/25 substrate. The 35μm rolled copper foil has a regular crystal structure, offering excellent conductivity and high fatigue resistance, which stably transmits in-vehicle control signals and power data, withstanding high-frequency vibrations and long-term mechanical stress during vehicle operation. The surface is covered with a 50μm single-sided yellow coverlay—thicker than conventional coverlays—providing stronger insulation and wear resistance to resist high temperatures (-40℃ to 125℃), oil stains, and dust in the in-vehicle environment, extending the PCB’s service life. The 2 microinches (approximately 0.0508μm) immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and dense gold layer, significantly improving contact stability between pads, in-vehicle connectors, and components, and reducing contact resistance. Even under long-term high-temperature, high-humidity, or drastic temperature fluctuation conditions, it ensures continuous and reliable circuit operation, providing stable circuit support for the safe driving of NEVs.
