Capel’s Medical Light Panel Single-Sided Flexible PCB is a core circuit component tailored for medical lighting equipment (such as surgical shadowless lamps, examination lights, and diagnostic instrument indicators). Adopting a 1-layer single-sided board design with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.1mm, its ultra-thin profile and high flexibility allow tight fit to the curved structures or narrow installation spaces of medical light panels. It adapts to the compact layout of various medical lighting devices, adding no extra thickness or weight to the lamp body while flexibly bending with the light panel shape, meeting the miniaturization and integration design requirements of medical equipment.
In terms of performance and safety, the product uses medical-grade eco-friendly substrates free of harmful substances, complying with biocompatibility standards for medical devices and suitable for clean medical environments such as hospital operating rooms and clinics. Equipped with 2 microinches (approximately 0.0508μm) immersion gold surface finish, the uniform and dense gold layer offers excellent oxidation resistance, wear resistance, and contact stability. It accurately transmits lighting drive current to ensure uniform light emission and stable brightness of LED beads, avoiding uneven light that may affect the visual field of medical operations. Additionally, the substrate and cover layer provide superior resistance to medical disinfection, withstanding repeated wiping with common disinfectants (e.g., alcohol, glutaraldehyde) without aging or cracking, extending the PCB’s service life and guaranteeing long-term reliable operation of medical lights.
