Capel’s Single-Sided Flexible PCB for Facial Massagers is a core circuit component tailored for home and portable facial massage devices, featuring an ultra-thin flexible design and reliable performance to perfectly meet the ergonomic needs of massagers. Adopting a 1-layer single-sided board structure with a precisely controlled thickness of 0.1mm, its extreme thinness and flexibility allow it to fit tightly to the curved casings or movable massage head structures of facial massagers. It adds no extra weight or volume to the device while enabling slight bending with massage movements, avoiding interference with the comfortable feel of facial fit. Meanwhile, the streamlined single-layer design optimizes circuit layout efficiency, adapting to the compact internal space planning of the device.

Equipped with 2 microinches (approximately 0.0508μm) immersion gold surface finish, the uniform and dense gold layer offers excellent oxidation resistance and contact stability. It can accurately transmit the massager’s control signals (such as vibration mode switching and intensity adjustment commands) and power drive signals, reducing contact resistance and preventing signal interruption or response delay caused by frequent operations, thus ensuring smooth switching of massage functions. The product uses environmentally compliant flexible substrates with no harmful substance emissions, meeting consumer electronics safety standards and suitable for skin-contact device scenarios. It also boasts good bending fatigue resistance and wear resistance, withstanding repeated pressing, bending, and slight friction during daily use to extend the massager’s service life.
