In terms of core features and performance guarantees, the product offers three key advantages: ① Full-Board Immersion Gold Plating: The entire board is treated with immersion gold (instead of partial gold plating), ensuring uniform gold layer coverage. Compared with conventional partial gold plating, it provides superior oxidation resistance, wear resistance, and contact stability, effectively reducing contact resistance and guaranteeing smooth and accurate signal transmission—especially suitable for high-frequency plugging/unplugging or long-term use scenarios; ② Coverlay-Free Design: Eliminating the traditional coverlay structure further reduces thickness, improves heat dissipation efficiency, and minimizes assembly interference, adapting to compact circuit layouts with special requirements for space and heat dissipation; ③ Precision Wiring Capability: Supporting uniform wiring with 0.2mm line width and 0.2mm spacing, paired with a 35μm copper thickness substrate, it achieves high-density circuit integration while ensuring sufficient current-carrying capacity, avoiding line heating or signal attenuation, and adapting to complex control signal and low-power power transmission needs. The product uses high-quality flexible substrates with good temperature resistance (-40℃ to 85℃) and anti-aging properties, meeting reliability standards for electronic devices in multiple fields.
