Capel’s 4-layer FPC for industrial equipment is a precision circuit component tailored for high-integration industrial control scenarios, featuring a multi-layer composite structure and reinforced design to tackle complex signal transmission and harsh working condition challenges. Adopting a 4-layer multi-board design, it utilizes a copper foil combination scheme of "single-sided adhesive-free rolled + double-sided adhesive-free rolled + single-sided adhesive-free rolled" to enable efficient interlayer signal interconnection, greatly improving circuit density and adapting to the integrated needs of multi-channel control signals and data transmission in industrial equipment. With a precisely controlled thickness of 0.23mm, its thin and lightweight properties fit easily into compact internal spaces of devices, balancing layout flexibility and structural stability.

In terms of structural reinforcement and protection design, it is specially equipped with FR4 reinforcement and steel sheets. The former enhances local rigidity to meet the installation requirements of connectors and components, while the latter improves overall bending resistance and impact resistance, effectively withstanding vibration, mechanical stress and temperature fluctuations during industrial equipment operation. The 3 microinches (approximately 0.0762μm) immersion gold surface treatment creates a uniform and thick gold layer, which not only significantly enhances the oxidation resistance, wear resistance and soldering reliability of pads but also ensures low-resistance contact with precision components and connectors. Even in industrial scenarios with high-frequency plugging or long-term continuous operation, it can guarantee accurate and continuous signal transmission, reducing equipment failure risks.
