Introducing our new high-density FR4 4-layer rigid-flex circuit board, specially designed for medical device pulse CO-oximeter applications. Our models are state-of-the-art medical device solutions that require a combination of flexibility and rigidity in a compact design.

The 4-layer construction of our rigid-flex PCB provides the perfect balance of flexibility and strength, making it ideal for medical devices that need to withstand constant movement and bending. Our circuit boards use base materials such as PI and FR4 to ensure durability and reliability in demanding medical applications.

Our rigid-flex board has an inner copper thickness of 18um and an outer copper thickness of 35um, which has excellent conductivity and signal transmission capabilities. The yellow overlay, blue solder mask, and white screen not only enhance the appearance of the board but also provide visual clarity for component placement and soldering.

Our rigid-flex boards feature an electroless nickel immersion gold (ENIG) surface treatment to ensure excellent corrosion resistance and solderability. The flexible part of the PCB is 0.19 mm thick (+/- 0.03 mm), while the rigid part is 1.0 mm thick (+/- 10%), achieving the perfect balance of flexibility and stability.
